Purview of a Transportation Specialist
In this role, the candidate will work with business and operations team to solve customer escalations, analyze historic results, initiate programs - all in an environment of rapid growth and increasing complexity. Candidate will drive improvements to the visibility tools, methods, and processes utilized by the team to increase the availability and granularity of actionable data to internal and external partners. The successful candidate must show significant ownership on customer issues and proactively initiate SOPs and process changes as required. Account Management- Vendor Specialist
As a Vendor Specialist as part of Paid Selling Partner Services (PSPS) Team of Retail Business Services, you will have the exciting opportunity to help shape and deliver on a strategy for managing Amazon Vendors.
PSPS team is looking for a bright, customer centric, driven, and creative candidate to join our team. You will interface internally with leaders from our Retail and Vendor Services teams and will be responsible for all aspects of the vendor's business with Amazon. You will engage directly with multiple internal teams to optimize the product line for key manufacturers (vendors) on Amazon.com.

Also you will look into strategic and operational aspects of their business with Amazon, root cause analysis of issues and opportunities affecting the vendor's business. Responsibilities Include
· Success will be measured by the performance of your internal teams on input metrics and impact of vendors on creating a great customer experience for buying consumers
· Partnering with the Retail Category Team and managing the vendor relationship by championing the vendor's needs at Amazon
· Build communication channels at all levels, set proper expectations, provide clear status communications, and manage towards a growth plan for the vendors

· Work experience is preferred (5+ years). Relevant experience in Vendor management, Sales, post sales, Account Management, and Business Development in managing B2B Business.
· Exposure to retail buying, retail planning & allocation, product/project management, marketing or e-commerce will be a plus

We are looking for an experienced Senior MES Technical Developer with in-depth expertise in Siemens Opcenter Execution (formerly Camstar) to lead the design, development, and deployment of MES solutions tailored for high-tech electronics or semiconductor manufacturing.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and customization of MES workflows, user interfaces, and logic within Siemens Opcenter Execution.
  • Implement unit-level traceability for complex manufacturing processes, including die attach, wire bond, SMT, test, and packaging.
  • Customize Opcenter modules using C#, .NET, XML, Camstar APIs, LOVs, and BPM tools .
  • Drive integration of MES with equipment data collection systems (FDC, RMS, SPC) for smart manufacturing and AI readiness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, QA, Engineering, Production) to gather requirements and ensure MES functionality aligns with business needs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve MES-related issues, optimize performance, and lead root cause analysis for incidents.
  • Support MES upgrades, validation, and deployment across multiple factory locations.
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to MES development standards and documentation.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or related engineering discipline.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Siemens Opcenter Execution / Camstar in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in C#, .NET Framework, SQL (Oracle or SQL Server), XML/Web Services .
  • Strong understanding of semiconductor/electronics assembly and test processes , especially in OSAT/EMS environments.
  • Experience in MES integration with equipment automation and factory systems using SECS/GEM, OPC, or MQTT protocols – preferable


Desirable Skills & Tools:

  • Equipment interface integration using SECS/GEM, OPC UA, MQTT .
  • Knowledge of SPC, FDC, RMS, or AI/ML data pipeline integration with MES.
  • Version control (Git), DevOps tools, Agile/Scrum methodologies.


Soft Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration
  • Leadership mindset with ability to mentor junior developers
  • Structured approach to documentation and change control

Job Summary:

Looking for a skilled Automation Engineer with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in semiconductor or OSAT manufacturing . The candidate will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and optimizing automation systems for front-end and back-end assembly, test, and packaging processes. This role requires close collaboration with manufacturing, MES, IT/OT, and equipment engineering teams to improve factory throughput, yield, and operational efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, deploy, and maintain automation solutions across packaging, test, and probing lines.
  • Integrate equipment with MES and other factory systems (e.g., SECS/GEM, OPC, PLC, SCADA).
  • Develop and support automation scripts, APIs, and logic for data acquisition and tool control.
  • Lead or support Industry 4.0 initiatives, such as smart manufacturing, predictive maintenance, and robotics integration.
  • Troubleshoot automation failures and ensure high equipment uptime.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather automation requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, validation protocols, and SOPs.
  • Monitor and improve automation system performance through KPIs and continuous improvement practices.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science, Mechatronics, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in automation within semiconductor/OSAT manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge of MES, IT/OT architecture, and equipment communication protocols.
  • Basic understanding of scripting languages (Python, VB, or C#) for automation tasks.


Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with smart factory, RPA, or digital twin technologies.
  • Exposure to machine learning, data analytics, or AI-driven automation.
  • Hands-on experience with SECS/GEM, EDA (Interface A) and equipment integration.
  • Experience in supporting 24x7 manufacturing operations with high availability systems.
  • Knowledge of recipe management systems (RMS) and unit-level traceability.


Soft Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good communication and documentation skills.
  • Team player with a proactive, hands-on attitude.
