Job Role:

As a Marketing Associate, you will play a critical role in establishing the PW Panipat Info Centre region through effective offline marketing strategies. What You’ll Do:

Act as Technical Person In-Charge as per the FSSAI license

Ensure compliance with FSSAI terms & global standards (ISO, HACCP, BRC, GMP; FDA knowledge a plus)

Maintain production, hygiene, quality & traceability records

Manage recall procedures & customer complaint investigations

Conduct internal hygiene & GMP audits with corrective actions

Approve & audit suppliers for regulatory compliance

Develop and optimise recipes for safety, cost, and quality

Monitor Critical Control Points (CCPs) – raw materials, equipment, pest control

Train teams on hygiene, GMP, and food safety

What We’re Looking For:

Degree in Food Technology / B.Sc. Food Science or related field
