Job Purpose
The Sales & Operations Manager is responsible for driving business growth through effective sales strategies, operational excellence, and team leadership. This role ensures that revenue targets are achieved while maintaining high levels of efficiency, customer satisfaction, and cross-departmental coordination.

Key Responsibilities
Remote Sales Management
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand market presence.
• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to drive revenue growth.
• Manage key customer accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
• Prepare, review, and negotiate quotations, proposals, and tenders.
• Track, analyze, and report on sales performance and market trends.
Operations Management
• Oversee daily operations to ensure seamless coordination between sales, logistics, procurement, and finance.
• Optimize inventory levels, delivery timelines, and order fulfillment processes.
• Develop and implement SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) to improve operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with vendors, OEMs, and partners to ensure timely availability of products and services.
• Monitor and control operational costs to maintain profitability.
Team Leadership
• Lead, motivate, and develop the Sales & Operations team to achieve individual and collective KPIs.
• Conduct performance reviews, training sessions, and sales meetings.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and customer focus.
Reporting & Analysis
• Prepare monthly sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and business performance reports.
• Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and improvement areas.
• Present business insights and recommendations to management for strategic decision-making.

Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 5–10 years of experience in sales and operations management, preferably in (insert industry—e.g., ICT, ELV, or Technology Distribution).
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing cross-functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of sales processes, supply chain, and operational workflows.
• Experience with CRM, ERP, and sales analytics tools.
