+ Configure MID Servers and integrate them with diverse network devices, servers, and applications for automated asset discovery.
+ Define and deploy service maps to visualize relationships between IT components and ensure proactive incident management.
+ **AIOps Integration:**
+ Evaluate and implement AI-powered ITOM tools and functionalities to automate IT operations and optimize resource utilization.
+ Build workflows and automations leveraging anomaly detection, root cause analysis, and predictive maintenance capabilities.
+ Develop custom dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights for efficient problem resolution and performance optimization.
+ **Technical Expertise:**
+ Possess in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow ITOM modules, scripting languages (JavaScript, Jelly), and integration capabilities.
+ Understand network and system administration principles with practical experience in device discovery and troubleshooting.
+ Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AIOps and its integration with ServiceNow.
+ **Collaboration and Communication:**
+ Collaborate effectively with IT operations, network, and application teams to understand requirements and design optimal ITOM solutions.

**Location of the position**
This position is available in our state-of-the-art R&D center in Greater Noida.
**The opportunity**
Validation of a new global ELN system for the R&D organization. It is starting from building the system and implementation in all the R&D sites. Once implemented completely, then to manage the system validation maintenance and change management of further enhancements. Support with some additional CSV activities for TAPI sites.
**How you'll spend your day**
+ Software Validation - Validation Plan definition, URS/FS/DS, Risk Assessment, Testing Plan and Scrips, Testing Execution, PQ / User Acceptance testing guidance and support, Validation Summary Report, system WI/SOP.
+ Validation state maintenance. Periodic Reviews of Laboratory Applications Systems with respect to compliance to SDLC, User permissions and data integrity controls.
+ Activities and Documentation of Data Integrity controls, Back-Up/Restore processes, Disaster Recovery processes and User Management processes on Laboratory Application Systems.
+ Understanding system requirements, discussing business process / proposals / implementation issues / data security / data integrity / compliance to application guidelines, etc.
+ Documenting the changes and new developments as per the documentation standards.
+ Compliance with GxP Guidelines, Good Documentation practices & activities.
**Your experience, qualifications & skills**
- Background in computer science or similar IT background, or a background in chemistry or related scientific field
- 2-5 years of experience working with CSV within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
- Expertise in Pharma Laboratory Application Systems - User Management, BackUp/Restore processes, Data Integrity Controls as per GxP Compliance.
- Experience in software validations.
- Experience with HP gALM system & understanding of SDLC structure.
- Documentation related to Quality processes such as Change Controls, CAPA, Deviations and Investigations.

**Your experience and qualifications**
+ At least 10 years' experience in Pharma, API, Intermediates, Raw materials Procurement
+ Experience in other areas such as supply chain, project management, commercial operations is an advantage
+ Master's degree in natural sciences, chemistry, pharmaceutical sciences, biotechnology or equivalent is mandatory. In addition, MBA is an advantage
+ Advanced competency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting

**The opportunity**
The TAPI R&D Sourcing Manager will lead sourcing activities for TAPI sites located in Italy, Israel, Hungary, India, and the Czech Republic throughout the entire product lifecycle, from initial lab samples to the first market launch. This role is responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of all raw materials to R&D sites from cost-competitive, highly compliant, and reliable suppliers, thereby facilitating on-time development, submissions, and product launches. A key responsibility is to ensure TAPI's competitiveness by actively negotiating all orders to secure competitive raw material prices that align with product strategy and business needs. Furthermore, the manager will continuously evaluate and develop risk mitigation plans for key raw materials and starting materials. A strong focus will be placed on continuous improvement and achieving cost excellence. Lastly, the role involves safeguarding TAPI's compliance and ethical standards, protecting the environment, improving sustainability practices, and ensuring patient safety.
**How you'll spend your day**
+ In-depth understanding of the TAPI R&D needs, IP status, product's strategy, regulatory requirements and timelines & manage the sourcing activities for intermediates required for TAPI R&D development
+ Source for suitable intermediates by mapping and evaluating the available options in the market (active and silent search)
+ Identify potential suppliers and conduct RFPs, analysis, cost modeling and risk management
+ Provide professional and expert-level knowledge of the key raw materials supply base and global intermediates market (suppliers, prices, technology etc.)
+ Negotiate intermediates pricing with suppliers and contact developers to achieve aggressive savings targets - To be aligned with the current and future cost of the product (in R&D and commercially)
+ Negotiate and set development and supply agreements with contract manufacturers for TAPI Key raw materials and follow up until fully signed
+ Set and support product strategy and risk mitigation plan to be aligned with global procurement and business needs which will be reviewed and adjust periodically
+ Ensure continuous evaluation and global high-risk execution mitigation plan for securing key raw materials and starting materials supply base for TAPI R&D products & initiate and ensure commercial and QA audit prior to submission
+ Manage supplier relationship within category (SRM Initiative), undertaking strategic supplier performance improvement actions as require
+ Ensure sourcing/approval of commercially viable, high compliance and cost competitive sources for all Key Raw materials/starting materials to support a successful launch
**Your experience and qualifications**
+ 5-10 years of experience in Direct procurement (Pharma industry experience preferred)
+ Master's degree in natural sciences, pharmaceutical sciences, biotechnology or equivalent
+ Experience in API/Intermediates Manufacturing and/or API/Intermediates Development is preferred
+ MS office skilled (e.g., excel and power point)

+ Analyze laboratory samples by XRD, DSC, TGA and other characterization techniques

+ Produce solubility curves of different polymorphs and assess thermodynamic stability relationships
+ Develop detection methods to assess polymorphic purity and monitor in the laboratory samples
+ Support the development of the crystallization process with full characterization
+ Monitoring stability and physical properties of micronized/milled materials
+ Perform calibration, method development, method validation, and troubleshooting using various instruments like PXRD, DSC, TGA and Particle size analyzer
+ Knowledge of various regulatory guidelines w.r.t. method development, product development, and documentation
