Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Account and Administrative Assistant to support our finance and administrative operations. This role involves handling day-to-day accounting tasks, managing office operations, and providing general administrative support to ensure smooth workflow.

Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration or Commerce.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in an accounting and administrative role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Proficiency in Accounting Software (Tally).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to handle confidential information.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with bookkeeping and financial record-keeping, including processing invoices, expense reports, and bank reconciliations.
• Support the preparation of financial reports and assist in maintaining accurate financial records.
• Manage office supplies, coordinate facility maintenance, and ensure a well-organized work environment.
• Assist with payroll processing and employee records management.
• Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
• Support the HR team with administrative tasks, such as onboarding and record-keeping.

Job Details:

• The successful candidates will be the ones who have skills and desire to develop business through Sales & Marketing in India and overseas.
• You should have knowledge of the construction industry, an aptitude for learning engineering features of equipment and be able to read drawings and blueprints, have attention to detail and be able to work well with people.
• You should be comfortable in interacting with Company agents, Consulting engineers, contractors, facility owners and Architects.
• You should also be able to travel to various cities in India and abroad,  be willing to relocate to closer to the workplace and be able to start within a short time.
• You should be well versed in effective written and oral communication along with skills in email / social media marketing and be able to research and gather leads, prospects, opportunities, and industry trend using various online tools and methods.

Required Education: Diploma/Certificate.

As part of our growing team, we are seeking HVAC Application Mechanical Engineer Technologists for full-time permanent positions in the Design and Engineering of Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Equipment.

Requirements:

• Experience or skill in reviewing plans, specifications, and bid documents, background in Controls.
• HVAC fundamentals and knowledge of HVAC systems for commercial and industrial buildings.
• Ability to do the selection of mechanical and hydronic components will be an asset.
• You should have intermediate to advanced level of skills in Auto Cad, have attention to detail in manufacturing and engineering, and be able to work well with people including presenting presentations to customers and sales reps.
• You should also be able to travel to job sites, have a valid driving license and car, be willing to relocate Closer to the workplace, and be able to start within a short time.

You will be a front-end Mechanical Engineering team member and will be responsible for projects, and production management, and will interact with Agents, Consulting engineers, contractors, and facility owners.

The successful candidate will be the ones who will be working through Engineering, project, and production and be able to aspire to grow to a management position.
