• Position Summary: The Programme Specialist (M&E) will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing monitoring systems, ensuring timely collection, analysis, and reporting of programme data. The role will strengthen evidence-based decision-making, improve programme quality, and support learning for the interventions.
• Key responsibilities:
• 1. Monitoring Systems & Tools
• Develop and maintain programme-specific M&E frameworks, indicators, and tools aligned with outcomes.
