The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts, and ensuring the company’s products achieve maximum market visibility and reach.

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Senior Business Analyst (Production), who will be primarily responsible for understanding the business requirements, designing solutions, and documenting to ensure that client and team are on the same page.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Reporting to: Technical Project Manager (TPM); embedded in the development team on production/post-sales projects
Core: Elicit, document, and manage requirements (BRD/FRD/user stories); maintain clear backlog and acceptance criteria
Client ↔ Dev Bridge: Drive clarifications, track decisions, support QA/UAT, and ensure builds meet requirements
Change Control: Own CR impact (scope/effort/timeline) and coordinate quotes/SOW addenda
Project Ops: Maintain issue/risk logs, minutes, action trackers; deliver milestones on time with TPM
KT Alignment: Receive KT from the Results Team and stay aligned with them (no outbound KT ownership)
Approach-ability: Highly approachable, proactive communicator with crisp status updates
Accounting Strength: Solid GL/AR/AP, tax, reconciliation knowledge; QBO/Xero (or similar) preferred
Product & Certification: Familiarity with accounting/integration products; product certifications are a plus
Finance Know-how: Broader finance knowledge beneficial
AI & Tools: Comfortable with Jira/Asana, diagramming, basic API/data mapping; aware of AI tools and AI prototyping for specs, mockups, and reviews
Team Lead: Able to mentor/lead 3–4 BAs and uphold documentation quality standards
