**Role Responsibilities:**
**Strategy and planning**
- Responsible for the secondary sale in the state / territory.
- Develop and maintain the sales and marketing business plan.
- Design and monitor individual and team sales objectives on monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
- Responsible for maintaining the MOP in the state / territory.
- Should be able to counter extreme environmental challenges to business
**Grow market share**
- Regularly conduct retail outlet audits to study market share movements and track market share.
- Concentrate on strong tracks for volume growth & weak tracks to build brand image & generate growth.
- Work with the team to correct market working discipline, daily targets vs achievement tracking.
- Responsible for PJP adherence of the team and ensured strict adherence to working norms & practices.
**People and Organization**
- Responsible for developing the team through motivation, counselling, skills development and product knowledge development.
- Establish the process of monitoring the performance of individual and team by proper reporting and communications mechanism involving sales reports, cyclical sales meetings etc. and individual
growth plans.
- Recognize and celebrate team and team member accomplishments.
- Ensure sales and product training are provided to the team and off-roll sales personnel as required from time to time for enhancement of productivity
**Schemes and promotions**
- Design and execute volume scheme and special offer to achieve short term & long term volume objectives and increase trade advocacy & increase share in state / territory.
- Plan & execute consumer centric activities in the state - focus on generating trials and increase penetration.
- Responsible for promotional budget for the brands at the retail level. Utilization of local sales promotional & merchandising activities, monthly schemes at the point of sale for achieving sales target and brand awareness.
**Retail outlet management**
- Ensure the RTC implementation at the retail outlets in the territory / state.
- Maintain the organization standard wrt. Quality, distribution, visibility, promotion, price and persuasion at the outlet.
- Align the team for execution of the marketing plans in the territory as per the guidelines of the from state / regional marketing team while working within company policies, resources and budgets.
**Stock, SKU & Depot Management**
- Set clear objectives for the team in terms of width and dept. of distribution at the retail universe by ensuring the availability of relevant SKUs and variants of the respective brands in the territory.
- Manage the new product launches in the region.
- Monitor stock transfer and overall depot management

Basic Qualifications

  • Assist the Pharmacist in dispensing drugs according to a prescription issued by the doctor. In case the prescribed medicines are not available, arrange the same from the in-house pharmacies for the honor of 100% prescription. Substitution of medicines is to be consulted with the doctor
  • Cross check the issuing medicines with the bill concerning patient name, items name, quantity, expiry and acknowledge the bill
  • Checking out the availability of stock in the pharmacy and based on the availability of stock-raising the indent for the stock
  • Customer Service

  • To counsel the patients /customers on health, the reaction of medicines
  • To maintain good relations with customers/doctorsTo maintain the free home delivery register and follow-up the medicines deliveries to the customers in time
  • Handle all the inbound calls primarily focusing on drug information, patient counseling/education, and free home delivery orders. Also, handle patient queries and issues concerning drug therapy and drug information
  • Handle cash in billing counter as and when required
  • Cold Chain Management

  • Storing the drugs under proper conditions of refrigeration and security
  • To prepare bills in computer and collect the cash
  • Check quantity, MRP, batch number, and date of expiry of the received items from stores before entering into computer Inventory Management & Sales
  • To enter stocks in computer and take the printout of receipt from stores (RS) for cross-checking with items issues list from stores based on the stock availability If necessary importing/exporting the stock from nearby pharmacies through BT (Branch Transfers)
  • If a stock is not available at near pharmacies, directly communicating with DC – in charge and visiting the DC and collecting the necessary stock with the period based on the emergency
  • To maintain the record for no stock items and follow-up the same
  • Ensure that 100% physical stock is tallied according to category (Tablets, Syrups, Injections, Fluids, Ointments, Liquids, Capsules, Powders, Drops, Surgicals, and Miscellaneous) twice a week. Daily rack wise verification of fast-moving items
  • Ensure shift hand-over and take-over is given before leaving the work area
  • Focus on sales and strive to attain the target of the pharmacy
  • Perform any other job assigned by the in-charge as per exigencies of work

    Position Summary

    We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Associate to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about human resource management and eager to contribute to a wide range of HR functions. As an HR Associate, you will assist in employee engagement, payroll processing, compliance, and other HR operations to support organizational objectives.


    Key Responsibilities
    • Employee Engagement: Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture.
    • Payroll Support: Coordinate with payroll teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of salaries and benefits.
    • HR Documentation: Maintain and organize employee records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
    • Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including document verification, orientation scheduling, and training coordination.
    • Policy Implementation: Support in implementing HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with company goals and local regulations.
    • Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational standards by monitoring updates and advising management accordingly.
    • Conflict Resolution: Assist in addressing employee grievances and escalating concerns to HR leadership as needed.
    • HR Metrics: Track and report key HR metrics, such as employee turnover rates and attendance, to support data-driven decision-making.
    • Training Coordination: Support the scheduling and coordination of training programs to enhance employee skills and development.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with department managers and HR leadership to address staffing needs and other HR-related matters.

    Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Prior experience in HR functions is a plus but not mandatory.
    • Strong understanding of HR principles and labor laws.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • High level of discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HRIS tools.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

    We are looking for professionals with OTC domain experience who have worked on SAP ERP- preferably in collections management and have a good understanding of upstream and downstream of Collection/Exceptions
    Responsibilities
    • Collection on past due invoices & invalid deductions on allocated portfolios via Email, phone calls etc.
    • Respond to email /phone queries related to disputed invoice
    • Research and analyze the disputes/deductions in ERP
    • Follow-up with various departments to get supporting documents/ info for dispute/deductions resolution
    • Find opportunities and recommend solutions for process and automation improvements
    • Daily reporting of individual portfolios to track and monitor the past dues
    • Implement collections strategy to reduce the past due Research and problem solve in a manner to expedite all cases in order to avoid any adverse customer impact
    • Work as a teammate to process any adhoc request on time.
    • Deliver quality customer service by researching and responding to all internal & external partners’ inquiries quickly, effectively and expertly.
    • Call out problems to senior staff members and or management as appropriate.
