+ Strong knowledge in CRE Multifamily loan underwriting, including CMBS guidelines and standards, as well as covenants to protect lenders' exposure in transactions
+ Ability to perform complex tasks independently with minimal supervision
+ Strong self-learning skills and the ability to share best practices
+ Familiarity with various data sources such as REIS and CoStar
+ Ability to work independently and complete assignments within prescribed routines and standard accepted practices
+ Ability to see the big picture and implement at a high level of detail
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with both internal and external customers
+ Proficiency in MS Office Suites

BE (Electrical or equivalent), with 8 to 15 years of relevant experience
Job Description:
- Design Management for all Electrical Systems for new and refurbishment projects
- Electrical System design for Commercial Office Buildings and campuses – High side and Low side
- Design and execution of UPS Systems, DG Back up power systems, HSD yard, Substations for campuses, FA/PA systems, interior and exterior lighting
- Design and execution of Access Control & CCTV Systems for building and campuses
- Review and optimization of design, BOQ, specifications for all works
- Upgrade standards and specifications from time to time to remain relevant and in line with code requirements (NBC 2016, ECBC, USGBC LEED, and other applicable codes and green building guidelines)
- Technical and Commercial evaluation of vendor proposals and preparation of comparisons and recommendation
- Manage execution with help of vendor partners for successful and timely completion of the projects.
- Manage the complete life cycle from design to commissioning independently
- Identifying opportunities for retrofits/improvements in campus in line with organization’s set standards
- Oversee operations quality and drive Operations Excellence
- Drive innovation and incorporation of latest technologies to produce world class buildings and campuses
