We are looking for a results-driven Email Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimise our email marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for building email lists, creating emails, and nurturing leads through written communications. A successful candidate should be highly creative, detail-oriented, and analytical, with a solid understanding of email marketing automation and performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage email marketing campaigns end-to-end.
- Segment lists and personalise emails for improved targeting and engagement.
- Monitor campaign performance and report on KPIs: open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, bounce/unsubscribe rates.
- Conduct A/B testing to optimise subject lines, content, and CTAs.
- Maintain and grow subscriber lists through effective lead generation strategies.
- Ensure email deliverability and compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other regulations.
- Work closely with content, design, and sales teams to align email campaigns with business goals.
- Utilise tools like Reach inbox , Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Sendinblue , or similar platforms.
- Implement email automation workflows (welcome series, re-engagement, cart abandonment, etc.)
Create engaging email content (copy, layout, and design) that aligns with brand guidelines.
- Requirments:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2 –3 years of experience in email marketing or digital marketing.
- Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign).
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS (for email formatting).
Excellent attention to detail and data analysis skills. - Familiarity with email deliverability best practices .

Join the development organization for Nasdaq’s Enterprise Solutions team. The main objective for the development team in Bangalore is to build state of the art corporate software for all of Nasdaq’s employees. As our new member, you will work with a group of enthusiastic and experienced team members. Together with your team, you will be responsible for delivery of enhancements and supporting re-architecture of our enterprise products to new software paradigms.
Your role and responsibilities:
You will be responsible for cross-functional work across the globe, delivering critical solutions and services to Nasdaq’s finance processes and operations. You will be responsible for essential design activities and internal customer interaction, building strong relations and trust with key business and technology stakeholders.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a strong experienced team delivering complex technology solutions worldwide. - Establish and enforce standards and best development practices for the team

We expect you to have:
- At least 12 years of experience in software development and configuration in the EPM space .
- Must have experience in finance organization processes, including month-end close, planning & forecasting.
- Experience in different types of planning - e.g. financial planning (budgeting, forecasting, scenario planning).
- Deep understanding of Anaplan Architecture and Functionalities - Possess a comprehensive understanding of the Anaplan platform, including its architecture, modules, and functionalities. This includes proficiency in Anaplan modeling, data modeling, formula creation, and module design.
- Experience with Anaplan Formula Language (AFL): Proficiency in AFL is crucial for writing custom scripts and automating processes within the Anaplan platform.
- Experience with SQL and other database technologies.
- Integration: Ability to integrate Anaplan with other systems and third-party applications.
- Knowledge of APIs and data connectors.
- Skills to optimize Anaplan models for performance and scalability.
- Proficiency in accounting processes, with special emphasis on Consolidations, Allocations, and Intercompany Eliminations.
- Proficiency in creating Planning & Forecasting models at a corporate and individual BU level.
- Experience in executive-level presentation skills, both written and oral.
- Education Qualification: Bachelor/Masters in computer science or other engineering fields.
- Experience with Agile project management methodologies.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Strong analytical skills to derive insights from data and to develop business cases and ROI analyses.
- Ability to manage and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
