**Position Description**
Boeing India Engineering and Technology Centre is currently looking for a **Senior Manufacturing Engineer** to join their team in **Bangalore** , India. This position will focus on supporting the Boeing Global Services (BGS) business organization. As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be part of a global team working on providing ME solutions for a wide range of Boeing products and services across the world.
The Manufacturing Engineering (ME) function is responsible for translating design definitions into physical products. ME activities span the life cycle of a product, including but not limited to understanding design requirements, raw materials, fabrication, sequence of build, quality, and validation of the final product.
A successful candidate should be able to provide production engineering build architecture expertise that advances production technologies and supports the long-term vision of the company and the engineering and scientific communities. The candidate will advance design processes and link business planning strategy to product definition and development. Position Responsibilities:
+ Develops, implements, and maintains various manufacturing plans, Bill of Materials, work instructions, and illustrations to define and document configuration as-built Mechanical, Electrical panels, shelves and Wire Harnesses methodologies.

+ Knowledge of Engineering Fundamentals for electrical design of simple aerospace components/ electrical wire harnesses with awareness on aerospace materials, manufacturing processes and heat treatments etc.
+ Experience working with global experts in engineering & manufacturing in cross culture performance and hands on coordination experience working in factory environment
