We are seeking a Quality Control Technician to ensure that boxes manufactured from coated paper consistently meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and performance. The role involves inspection, testing, process monitoring, and reporting across all stages of production. The company will provide complete training in quality control operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect finished products for coating quality, printing accuracy, cutting precision, folding integrity, and overall appearance.
- Conduct oil & grease resistance (KIT) testing and perform routine quality control checks.
- Supervise conversion processes including sheeting, printing, punching, pasting, stacking, and packing.
- Verify the quality of incoming raw materials such as coated paper, corrugated boxes, and wrapping materials.
- Record and maintain inspection reports for Incoming Quality Inspection, Online Quality Inspection, and Pre-Dispatch Inspection.
- Report and document defects, rejections, and corrective actions for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Plastics/Polymer Technology from CIPET (or equivalent).
- 1–3 years of industry experience; freshers with strong technical aptitude may also be considered.
- Prior experience in the packaging industry will be preferred.

- To conduct inspection of all ongoing activities for electrical installations.
- To conduct inspections for all electrical material deliveries.
- To attend all electrical inspections with client/contractor representatives.
- To submit inspection requests in coordination with concerned site/project engineers.

**Skills**:
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and Outlook), CAD, Ability to read and understand Blueprints Well organized, with a strong emphasis on attention to details and documentations.
