Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance & Accounts Manager / Assistant Finance & Accounts Manager (CA Compulsory) located in Thrissur. Title will be decided after the interview process. The role involves managing day-to-day financial operations, overseeing accounts and financial transactions, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Responsibilities also include budgeting, financial planning, auditing, and providing strategic financial insights to support business growth. Qualifications

Key Requirements:

1. Standardize accounting workflows, reporting structures, and month-end processes across all entities.

2. Prepare and Deliver consolidated monthly P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reports on schedule.

3. Ensure GST, TDS, Income Tax compliance, filings, audits, and regulatory updates.

4. Provide strategic advisory on capital allocation, cost control, and growth planning.

5. Build, train, and oversee finance teams for each business entity.

6. Manage export documentation, forex compliance, and cross-border transactions.

7. Integrate financial systems with e-commerce platforms, gateways, and vendor payouts.

8. Liaise with banks and institutions for credit, loans, and expansion financing.

9. Support fundraising through pitch decks, valuations, and investor discussions.

Job Responsibilities

• Developing expertise in forecasting and analyzing trends in business drivers, balance sheet and income statement across stress testing forecasts and business planning
• Managing and analyzing business strategic inputs and assumptions used in the forecasting model
• Analyzing performance and revenue drivers to influence model choice decisions
• Acting as key supporting role with Sub-LOBs, and Corporate and Others (i.e. Challenger, Business Control Officers, MRGR) for various capital stress testing and forecast & optimization projects

• Technical experiences BI tools, PPT, and advanced Excel

• Strong track record of delivering challenging initiatives using advanced program/product/function management skillset

In this role, you will work closely with firm-wide groups within each line of business to prepare management reports and presentations for the Operating Committee and the Board of Directors.
