Assist with the submission of required documents and ensure timely completion of enrolment processes.
4. Target Achievement
Achieve monthly and quarterly enrolment and revenue targets.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance enrolment numbers and meet organizational goals.
5. Collaboration
Coordinate with faculty, admissions, and marketing teams to ensure smooth counselling and enrolment processes.
Participate in events such as webinars, seminars, and workshops to promote academic programs.
6. Record Maintenance
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student inquiries, counselling sessions, and enrolments.
Provide periodic reports on counselling outcomes and conversion rates to management.
Educational Background
Bachelor’s degree in any field is required. A background in education, sales, or a related area is a plus. Experience Prior experience in academic counselling, telesales, or education-related roles is preferred but not mandatory.
