**A Day in the Life**
The Account Growth Analytics role is a vital member of the Innovation & Operational Excellence team within the Strategic Accounts Accelerator (SAA). SAA is a commercial enabler tasked with driving durable profitable growth, maximizing Medtronic's presence, and unlocking new opportunities in key accounts.
This role focuses on market opportunities and customer-driven growth, using data insights to shape strategic priorities for all the SAA commercial pillars. This role enables growth acceleration in SAA accounts by transforming raw data into actionable insights, enabling strategic decision-making, fostering commercial innovation, and optimizing growth opportunities. By leveraging advanced analytical tools and methodologies, the position supports data-driven initiatives that enhance performance and unlock new market opportunities.
This role is ideal for a data-driven strategist with a passion for using analytics to solve complex business challenges, identify customer trends, and empower cross-functional teams with actionable insights.
**Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:**
+ **Transform Data into Strategic Insights:** Transform raw data into actionable insights that enhance strategic decision-making and foster commercial innovation. Produce data-driven insights to support SAA's commercial enablement initiatives, enabling targeted strategies for revenue growth and market optimization
+ **Analyze Sales Data and Identify Opportunities:** Analyze SAA sales data to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for improvement, helping set actionable targets and optimize commercial strategies. Use advanced analytical models to create customer segments and profiles (i.e., detail account profiling and opportunity sizing), enabling more targeted commercial approaches
+ **Drive Revenue Growth and Identify Gaps:** Provide advanced analytical support to drive revenue growth by identifying market gaps, customer opportunities, and optimizing growth strategies. Collaborate with other enablers and functional teams to align data insights with commercial priorities and enable impactful execution
+ **Monitor and Evaluate Growth Initiatives:** Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of SAA's growth initiatives and campaigns in driving leads, conversions, and revenue. Provide strategic insights and recommendations for the continuous optimization of future campaigns based on quantitative and qualitative data
+ **Support Commercial Enablement:** Deliver insights to support SAA teams in identifying market opportunities, addressing revenue gaps, and refining commercial enablement tools and processes. Develop visualization tools, dashboards, and reports to ensure data insights are accessible and actionable for leadership and operational teams.
**Required Knowledge and Experience:**
+ 8+ years of experience in management consulting, analytics, data science, or business intelligence roles
+ Proficiency with advanced analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, or R)
+ Strong ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations
+ Experience with sales data analysis, segmentation models, and predictive analytics to support commercial initiatives
+ Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to convey insights to stakeholders at all levels
+ Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field
+ Understanding of performance metrics and compliance standards in global organizations.
Preferred experience in the medical device, healthcare, or pharmaceutical industries. Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and commercial enablement tools. Background in developing customer segmentation models and evaluating marketing or sales campaigns. Background in supporting strategic initiatives through financial analysis and reporting. Master's degree in business analytics, data science, or related field.

Key job responsibilities
Own delivery of key business metrics like ad revenue and ad product adoption for multiple categories for Amazon advertising (Sponsored Ads including sponsored brands and video) by leading the account management function
- Team Management - Lead a team of advertiser facing account managers across all activities such as hiring, training, performance management for effective delivery
- Partner with key stakeholders (Sales, Finance, marketing) and serve as a key member of self-serve Advertising team, helping to drive overall Amazon Advertising strategy and business growth with granular focus on metrics and adoptions

Basic Qualifications

HeadquartersOur offices are located in the historical part of Mumbai, India, exactly 5 minutes walking-distance from CST Station, an incredibly beautiful UNESCO World Heritage Site and 15 minutes walking-distance from Churchgate Station . Our offices have large French windows with ample light coming inside and from which you can observe parrots and kites flying in the surrounding centenary trees . We’ve used teak wood and marble for our furniture, and we display lovely artworks on our walls. Not that any of these matter for your application, but we do like the idea that you'd like to settle in Mumbai ;)
While you'll be requested to come to office certain days of the week, we do have a hybrid schedule in place to offer you work from home opportunities at times. Note that we have a normal work week policy with flexible hours. We do not work on weekends . Weekends are for chilling!

We are looking for a hands-on, creative, detail-oriented, analytical, and highly-motivated Account manager/ Advertisement sales expert to help scale our growing Advertising program. This person will be responsible for all aspects of Brand's advertising journey on Amazon Advertising including sales, on-boarding and launch of ad campaign by developing and leveraging strong relationships with clients and internal teams. Ensuring seamless execution of smart, effective campaigns, deliver to clients’ needs and assist in driving new and repeat opportunities for the business.
To do this, this person needs to be extremely hands on, have a deep understanding of Amazon's advertising products, sales, operational capabilities, as well as the ability to synthesize analysis into a concise and compelling presentation. In addition to working closely with other brand facing teams, this person will interact with product development, technical teams, business teams, advertising agencies and clients.
Key job responsibilities
Own delivery of key business metrics like ad revenue and ad product adoption for multiple categories for Amazon advertising (Sponsored Ads including sponsored brands and video) by leading the account management function
•Team Management - Lead a team of advertiser facing account managers across all activities such as hiring, training, performance management for effective delivery
• Partner with key stakeholders (Sales, Finance, marketing) and serve as a key member of self-serve Advertising team, helping to drive overall Amazon Advertising strategy and business growth with granular focus on metrics and adoptions
• evelop and implement scalable mechanisms and process to ensure quality delivery and work effectively with multiple stakeholders such as advertisers, sales teams, program teams etc.
• I entify and drive automation and process improvement opportunities across Amazon’s advertising business
• Dev lop tools and mechanisms within the team to improve advertising performance overall and work closely with product to integrate such tools within existing platforms
• D ve into the Self-Serve Metrics, develop closed loop processes and SOPs for measuring and enhancing brands advertising experience
- Troubleshoot any technical or implementation issues, collaborating with internal teams to develop quick and sound solutions
- Serve as a source of market intelligence for other areas of the Advertising team (e.g., product development, product marketing, pricing) and assist in the development of best practices and operational efficiencies
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 6+ years of digital advertising and client facing roles with a focus on data analysis experience- MBA
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
- Experience influencing internal and external stakeholders
- Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of mentoring, leading and coaching experience- Experience working with engineering and product teams to define a product and bring it to market
