Technix is seeking an experienced and dedicated Support Personnel to join our Accounting and Financial Department. This role is crucial for providing excellent support to users of our flagship products, BusinessBook Plus (BB+) and Technix Cooperative And Microfinance Software (TCAMS). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, particularly within small and medium enterprises, cooperative societies, or micro-finance organizations, and experience with accounting software.
Responsibility- Provide technical support and assistance to BusinessBook Plus and TCAMS users via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the software's functionalities, including accounting, inventory management, data migration, GST compliance, member registration, deposit management, loan management, account management, and reporting.
- Assist users in setting up and configuring the software to meet their business and organizational needs.
- Conduct training sessions and create user guides and tutorials to help users maximize the software's potential.
- Collaborate with the development team to identify and resolve software bugs and suggest improvements.
- Maintain detailed records of user interactions, issues, and resolutions.
- Stay updated with the latest features and updates of BusinessBook Plus, TCAMS, and other relevant accounting and cooperative Society management software.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

- Understanding of accounting concepts (e.g., revenue recognition, double-entry principles) and ability to partner with Finance/Accounting teams.
- Familiarity with CI/CD workflows (Git, GitHub, GitLab, or similar).
Must Have Skills:
- Data Engineer OR Data Engineering
- Snowflake OR Databricks
- SQL
- Data Pipelines OR ETL Pipelines
- Financial Systems (Fundamental concepts)
Nice To Have:
- Familiarity with Snowflake utilities (Snowpipes, Streams, Tasks).
- Experience with BI/reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Exposure to data governance and compliance requirements in financial reporting.
- Experience with Python or other scripting languages for automation.
- Interest in financial forecasting, predictive analytics, or ML as applied to Finance.
