**Bachelor's degree and 5 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization**

**Required Skills:**
+ **Strong marketing acumen with an understanding of marketing strategy, market research, and tactical plan development.**
+ **Experience working with advertising agencies to develop and produce engaging creative.**
+ **Excellent written and verbal communication skills.**
+ **Experience marketing directly to consumers, with a preference for pharmaceutical or regulated consumer goods or services.**
+ **Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all deliverables.**
+ **Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, Smartsheet).**
**Preferred Skills:**
+ **Experience with drug delivery devices, such as: pre-filled syringes, auto-injector pens, lyophilized reconstitution kits, and/or infusion pumps.**
+ **Translating market research insights into effective campaigns or programs.**
+ **Experience working in a multinational environment with global teams.**
+ **Understanding of compliance and data privacy requirements.**

Location: Udaipur, Rajasthan (On-site)

Duration: 6 Months Internship

Stipend: ₹15,000 per month


We are looking for an energetic and curious Management Trainee who’s ready to dive headfirst into the world of marketing, operations, and innovation . You will work directly with the Founder , taking ownership of real projects, experimenting fearlessly, and learning by doing.


This isn’t your typical internship, it’s a launchpad for those who want to build, create, and grow .

What You’ll Do:
  • Drive creative marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
  • Work on brand storytelling, content creation, and community engagement.
  • Support business operations and day-to-day execution to keep things running smoothly.
  • Research markets, competitors, and user insights to fuel product growth.
  • Collaborate closely with the Founder to shape strategies and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experiment, learn fast, and bring fresh ideas to the table.
