We're hiring a Mental Health Consultant who's confident, self-driven, and strong at building trust. Your role will involve helping individuals understand how therapy can support them and guiding them to make an informed decision.

- Speak with potential clients to understand their needs and recommend the right therapy plan

- Maintain outreach records and track key performance metrics

About the Role:
In this role you will be responsible for a variety of administrative, customer service, and clerical duties to support and optimize the daily operations of the team.
As a vital member of the team, you will Administration Officer is tasked with ensuring that administrative responsibilities are executed efficiently and effectively.
This position is primarily located at Northern Hospital Epping; however, it may necessitate flexibility to work at other program sites within the Northern Mental Health Division as required.
The position is permanent part -time, working 4 days a week within the Mental Health Division programmes.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Experience and good working knowledge of administrative processes, including data entry, document management, and scheduling within health care settings.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good understanding of confidentiality in managing data with in a health service environment.
- Demonstrated clerical experience and administrative skills, with ability to respond flexibly to a variety of tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Experience using the Victorian mental health statewide information system, such as iPM, CMI or other similar patient information systems.
- Advanced level Microsoft Teams, Office and computer skills, including accurate keyboard skills

Position Overview:
As a Mental Health Professional, you will be placed in an Observation Home, Children's Home, or Youth Community Center in Mumbai. You will be responsible for addressing the mental health and psychosocial needs of the children, helping to create a child-friendly environment as per the Juvenile Justice Act 2015. This is a full-time position for sensitive, passionate, and committed candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage a Child Guidance Clinic within institutions and Youth Community Centers to serve as a safe space for children.
- Conduct individual counseling, group sessions, and therapy-based interventions with children, youth, and their families. Administer psychological assessments as needed.
- Submit counseling reports to the Child Welfare Committee and Juvenile Justice Board as required.
- Identify and support children and youth who require special attention and care.
- Work closely with institutional staff (Superintendent, Probation Officers, etc.) and other key stakeholders.
- Coordinate with the organization's Social Worker to ensure comprehensive support and supervision for the children.
- Collect data, create reports, write blogs, and document the journeys of children and young people on the internal data collection system.
Qualifications and Experience:
- A minimum of 2-5 years of experience working with children.
- A Master's Degree in Psychology (clinical or counseling).
- Proficiency in Hindi, English, and Marathi (optional) .
