**Job Description**:
About the Role:
The key of this role will be to work closely with the Business and the Strategy Leadership to develop high impact micro market corporate strategy and support in implementation. In addition, this role will also help develop the overall corporate strategy for the Company. The other roles and responsibilities include driving special projects, conducting business analytics and assessing improvement opportunities, participating in the assessment and recommendation of potential mergers, acquisitions and dispositions. You will be reporting to the VP, Head of Strategy.

You Will:

- Assess overall macro trends and identify growth opportunities and implications for Cyient.
- Develop a clear understanding of industry trends, market demand and competitive positioning in Cyient's focus areas.
- Analyze industries/micro verticals to identify opportunities that align with Cyient's core competence ("where to play");
- Understand existing capabilities and differentiators to help develop capability road map, service offerings, value propositions and routes to market ("how to win').
- Engage with Business Units and corporate functions to enable various elements of the growth program.
- Support business units in strategy execution, measure outcomes, consolidate performance metrics, track and report performance and risks.
- Monitor market landscape to produce competitive intelligence, develop insights on competitor strategy/activity by industry, geography and portfolio.
- Conduct analytics on business performance against plan / best in class metrics and assess opportunities for improvement.
- Support in developing functional strategies as per the business needs.

You'll Need:

- Minimum of 1 - 3 years of experience
- MBA (preferred) and engineering degree from a reputed institution
- Experience and results in corporate strategy planning and execution / management consulting / CEO’s Office or similar roles (preferred)

**Role Description**
The Associate Director / Director, Corporate Strategy will be a key leader on the corporate strategy team. S/he will own complex end-to-end projects, drive impact, and manage relationships with executive stakeholders. Some of the key responsibilities include:
ü **Owning complex projects** for internal stakeholders, taking responsibility for the ultimate success of the effort and leading project teams of 2-5 managers and analysts

CFA Level II cleared or appeared is preferred

Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred

Ability to build & maintain a strong network

Ability to provide analytical insights

Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
