We are seeking a proactive and assertive Admin Executive - Plant to manage and coordinate day-to-day administrative and operational activities at our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in factory administration, manpower management, housekeeping, and maintenance coordination.
An immediate joiner is preferred. Hindi-speaking candidates will have an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily plant administration and ensure smooth operations across departments.
- Manage attendance records for staff and contract labor accurately and promptly.
- Supervise housekeeping and security teams to maintain cleanliness, safety, and discipline.
- Coordinate with maintenance and technical teams for timely upkeep of plant facilities.
- Handle petty cash transactions, maintain registers, and ensure proper documentation as per company SOPs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and statutory regulations.
- Build and maintain vendor and service provider relationships.
- Support management in labor relations, conflict resolution, and manpower deployment.
- Provide general administrative support for meetings, inspections, and audits.
- Responsible for ensuring 100% adherence to the Security Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) at all times. This includes continuous monitoring, coordination with the security team, and immediate corrective action in case of any deviation or non-compliance.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
- 2–3 years of experience in factory or plant administration.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple support teams and contract labor efficiently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with attendance management tools.
- Proficiency in Hindi and Tamil is an advantage.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
