Role Description
This is a full-time Accounts Manager & Admin role with YODA. The role is on-site and is located in Goa. Daily responsibilities include managing and overseeing the organization's financial operations, maintaining financial records, handling accounts payable and receivable, salaries and PF, and preparing financial reports. Administrative tasks include office management, coordinating with various teams, ensuring compliance with organizational policies, and supporting day-to-day operations to ensure smooth functioning.
Qualifications
- Accounting and Financial Management skills, including budgeting and financial reporting
- Experience in Accounts Payable and Receivable
- Salary managements and PF filing
- Strong Administrative skills, including office management and coordination
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Experience in the non-profit sector and animal welfare is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
