Be in-charge of the running of its smooth operations
- Take ownership of HR activities such as recruitment, on-boarding, payroll, compliance, etc.
- Prepare budget, minimize costs, and coordinate with overseas CFO on financial matters.
- Look after secretarial, regulatory, and company affairs.
- Interact and follow up with Banks, Chartered Accountants, different Regulatory Affairs, etc.
- Oversee the physical infrastructure - safe keeping and cleanliness of it.
- Overall enhance the user experience of all the stakeholders: employees, clients and higher management.
