- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in EdTech sales, academic counseling, or a related field.

- Negotiation Skills: Ability to engage prospective students and their families effectively, with strong negotiation skills to support lead conversion.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM tools or other record-keeping systems for effective data management.
