Provide web analytics support to a large technology client.
Responsibilities
- Use Adobe Analytics to analyze and report on user’s digital customer journey through client's site properties, which include, but not limited to, clicks, page views, time on site, bounce rates, attribution, campaign tracking etc.
- Dive deep into web analytics to develop insights and recommendations that lead to improved website conversion rates, page speed, time on site, bounce rate, retention, campaing performance, and/or overall business performance
- Collaborate with internal team members and external stakeholders to understand requirements, timelines and desired deliverables for all analytics requests that are assigned to you
- Manage multiple data sources at the same time and have the ability to come up with a cohesive story with insights
- Use the data sources avaialble to you in order to answer business questions and to help stakeholders make data-driven decisions
- Proactively update all relevant parties on status of analytics requests and deliverables
- Track all work items via a ticketing system in order to accurately capture the time and effort involved in different types of analytics deliverables
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years working with digital/web analytics in one or more web analytics tools (e.g. Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics etc.)
- Experience with clickstream and/or digital telemetry datasets
- Competent in ad-hoc, in-depth analysis and development of clear recommendations
- Capable of delivering contextual, thoughtfully presented, visual output
- Intermediate to advanced experience with Microsoft tools, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Strong understanding of website tagging methodology (i.e. how to find a web site’s base tag and see attributes of each event)

- 5+ years’ Adobe analytics experience.
- 4+ years’ analytics implementation experience.
- 4+ years’ experience with JavaScript, jQuery and HTML.
- 4+ years’ experience with Adobe Launch preferred.
- Customer facing role
- Role and Responsibilities:
- Strong understanding of data layer development, web debugging tools, and analytic QA processes
- Should be able to handle advanced tag management requests unassisted.
- Should be able to define and translate business requirements into technical requirements, code and specifications across digital platforms.
- Expert knowledge to implement tag management systems confidently and accurately via Adobe DTM/Launch
- Should be able to test and validate analytics code.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment with clear communication.
- Drives for results in prioritized manner with high quality.
- Extensive knowledge when to use traffic and conversion variables and success events to deliver on a measurement plan and KPIs
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology
