Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and analyze large volumes of ESI using Nuix, CloudNine Law, and Reveal.

  • Perform tasks such as deNISTing, deduplication, metadata extraction, text and native extraction, and indexing.

  • Ensure accurate ingestion and export of data into and out of review platforms like Relativity.

  • Execute keyword searches and filtering to reduce data volumes based on client requirements.

  • Identify and troubleshoot issues during data processing, including corrupt files, exceptions, and unsupported formats.

  • Track processing status and maintain accurate logs, processing reports, etc.

  • Coordinate with the PM team to interpret processing requirements and deliver timely outputs.

  • Ensure compliance with security, confidentiality, and privacy standards throughout the processing lifecycle.

  • Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering ( or MCA.

  • Around 2 years of relevant experience in the Ediscovery processing function.

  • Proficiency with Ediscovery tools like:
    - Nuix Workstation.

  • -Relativity

  •  -EverLaw
    - Cloud 9 Law

  • Understanding of ESI formats and metadata handling (PST, EML, MSG, PDFs, Office documents, .

  • Ability to handle processing workflows, troubleshoot errors, and validate data accuracy.

  • Experience working with cloud-based Ediscovery platforms.

The project offers a 3:1 roster with transport to and from site provided from Perth Airport.

    The Role

    Reporting to the Leading Hand/Supervisor your key responsibilities are:

    • Assist with lift plans and lifting activities
    • Align level and anchor machinery
    • Maintain and tag rigging gear as required
    • Ensure rigging gear is stored correctly
    • Assist with setup of cranes ensuring barricading, exclusion zones and signage to comply with site specific requirements
    • Attach appropriately rated rigging gear to existing structures to facilitate the movement of loads using chain blocks, pulleys, tirfors and lever hoists
    • Maintain and keep tools and equipment in a safe and clean condition. Lock them away or return to store when not required

    About You

    To be successful in the role you will possess the following:

    • Current High Risk Work Licence 
    • Current High Risk Rigging licence and VOC
    • Current Working Safely at Heights Certificate
    • Current High risk elevating work platform license and VOC
    • HR Licence preferred
    • Nationally recognised Construction Safety Awareness Card (White Card)

    **Primary responsibilities:**
    This position is responsible for leading the PDQA activities in the assigned programs, complying with the PDQA plan to oversee the aerospace product development, ensuring that processes are aligned with the aerospace PDQA site being supported, and for ensuring that systemic and overdue PDQA findings are identified, and corrective actions are deployed. This role is also responsible for estimating the PDQA effort for all the projects. This position is additionally responsible for the following:
    + Ready to play the **Lead PDQA** global role for the assigned programs
    + Planning and coordinating the PDQA activities across the sites along with the PE
    + Preparing and Driving Compliance Reviews (SOI) with OEM's/Regulators/customers

    + Thoroughly understand and comply to Honeywell code of conduct and business practices
    + B.E / B.Tech. Engineering Degree in Chemical / Instrumentation & Control or equivalent
    + Minimum 11-14 years of total work experience in technical pre-sales or engineering profiles
    + Preferably 7-8 years in Proposals & Estimation / Bid Management function
    + In-depth knowledge of industry, applications and available solutions; well-developed sense of customer engagement and requirements
    + Firm understanding of HCI portfolio / Industrial Software / L3 & L4 offerings like ALMS, PHD, APM, MES, Cloud based SaaS solutions.
    + Innovative with exposure in formulating solutions, scope definition and overall architecture based on available information
    + Proficient at MS Office tools, excellent document reading and writing skills
