Job Description

The Advertising Specialist plays a critical role in executing and optimizing advertising strategies for brands across major MENA marketplaces, including Amazon.ae, Amazon KSA, and Noon. This role supports Advertising Strategists by owning day-to-day campaign operations, maintaining strong internal communication, and driving operational excellence across a high-volume brand portfolio. The Advertising Specialist contributes directly to performance outcomes and partner satisfaction across Pattern's MENA business.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with Advertising Strategists and cross-functional teams to support the development and execution of advertising strategies across Amazon.ae, Amazon KSA, and Noon.
  • Manage and monitor advertising campaign tasks using internal project management tools (Asana, N8N, etc.).
  • Own or co-own core portions of the advertising workflow — including keyword research, campaign builds, bid management, and performance monitoring.
  • Proactively coordinate across internal teams to ensure alignment and timely execution of campaign tasks.
  • Build performance reports to support strategic decisions and partner updates, using tools including n8n, Claude, Amazon Seller Central, and Noon Seller dashboards.
  • Support and assist with the execution of technical advertising projects, including DSP audience builds, Sponsored Display targeting, and deal/coupon setup.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of MENA marketplace-specific advertising best practices, platform nuances, and business operations.
  • Communicate proactively with strategists to surface performance insights, flag risks, and ensure smooth campaign closures.
  • Use internal tools (PAI, Perpetua/Pacvue) to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and on-time delivery across all advertising tasks.
  • Support premium and complex brand accounts across diverse product categories in the MENA region.

Qualifications

  • 2+ Year of hands-on experience in PPC advertising , preferably on Amazon Ads, Noon Ads, Google Ads or META ads.
  • Proven experience with campaign building, including keyword research, ad group structuring, match type strategy, and targeting setup.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret advertising performance data (TACoS, ROAS, CVR, CTR, CPC) and produce clear, actionable reports.
  • Familiarity with marketplace dashboards, Excel/Google Sheets, and reporting tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and comfort working across cross-functional teams and time zones.

    What are we building?


    We are building an AI native agency to help D2C brands produce AI video ads for Meta at scale.


    D2C marketing teams today need dozens of new ads every week, but producing that volume manually is slow, expensive, and hard to sustain. We solve this by combining AI, internal automations, and human judgment to generate ads at scale.


    Our focus is not on generic AI content. We build hyper-realistic, performance-driven video creatives that are designed to convert (We are one of the best in India right now)


    Long term, we’re building an AI-native marketing agency (Think Ogilvy or Dentsu, but rethought for an AI-first world)


    Where do you fit in?


    AI has made generation easier. That makes editing the bottleneck.

    This role is critical.


    You’ll be one the early hires in our video editing team.


    This is not “just another editing role inside a large creative team. You’ll help define how editing works in an AI-native workflow.


    What’s different about this role?


    • Small team (<10 people) → high ownership
    • Work directly with founders, media buyers, and engineers
    • Influence how our creative + automation systems evolve
    • Learn how performance marketing on Meta actually works (most editors never get this exposure)

    What will you do?


    Take raw AI-generated footage → turn it into high-converting ads.

    • Strong short-form video editing (Reels / Ads)
    • Good instinct for pacing, cuts, and shot selection
    • Ability to make content feel native + scroll-stopping

    • Experience editing Meta ads
