General Summary:

    What are we looking for? •Individual will be responsible to manage and configure user permissions and asset access rights in SFMC • Manage end-to-end Multi Channel campaign process • onfiguring instance settings and environments in SFMC • M naging operations for importing and exporting data to/from Database • I dividual is needed to complete tasks (deploy emails, Generate Distribution list, create workflows, Create Test data, Test workflow end to end, manage calls with the project managers) on time and error-free • E sure technical workflows are up and running • F llow transactions/issues tracking mechanism and capture all the details required on the tracking tool
    Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of increasingly complex problems • Your day to day interactions are with peers within Accenture • You are likely to have some interaction with clients and/or Accenture management • You will be given minimal instruction on daily work/tasks and a moderate level of instruction on new assignments • Decisions that are made by you impact your own work and may impact the work of others • In this role you would be an individual contributor and/or oversee a small work effort and/or team • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts • Candidate shoul be a graduate • M nimum 2 years’ experience as SFMC admin. • Str ng verbal and written communication skills • E perience in SFMC Lifecycle and QA • C eate and execute complex data management workflows • I port and ETL (Enrich, Transform & Load) data to feed your database • C eate custom queries and manage your audiences list • A le to perform advanced operations to manage & manipulate database schemas, data types and values • E porting lists and importing data from various data sources - external & FTP server • C stomizing and creating new report templates as per requirement. • T oubleshooting technical issues with the campaign execution • C eating and managing the user permissions and asset access rights • M naging and configuring the different instance environments. • U derstanding of Automation and Framework Development • E cellent customer service skills and experience in customer facing role. • A le to work in a highly dynamic environment and able to multi-task. • S rong analytical knowledge in the marketing space. • I peccable time management and communication skills • P oject and Client (Brand team) management experience is a must. • K owledge of how a Database works which can be leveraged for Campaign Management is a must. • K owledge of SQL and JS desirableGraduate - Diploma in Any Discipline
