About the Team
As a part of the Campaign Team, you will have a chance to ideate, execute, monitor and optimize online and online campaigns for the client at the hyper-local, constituency, district, division and state levels. As a part of the process, you will also have the opportunity to participate in party-facing and vendor-facing interactions in order to drive project execution.
What Would This Role
- Interacting with multiple client-side stakeholders to understand and finalize project deliverables, timelines and vendors
- Managing client interactions and understanding client needs
- Maintaining internal quality standards of deliverables
- Monitoring and reporting vendor performance in a regular manner
- Executing online and online campaigns in coordination with the client and the vendors
- Being physically present at key online events (at different locations across the project geography) to ensure smooth event.
- Assisting the Campaign Team Manager with project ideation
- Assisting the Sr Consultant with SOP building
- Managing (and being physically present at) key online events to ensure perfect execution
- Providing clarity (via reporting) to the manager about project execution in a timely manner
Necessary Skil ls:
- Willingness to travel extensively and work long hours
- Relationship management
- Vendor management
- Basic proficiency of Microsoft One and Google Suite specially Sheets and Slides
- Ability to operate in a noise-filled environment with multiple stakeholders at all times
- Proficiency in English and Hindi is required. Additionally, proficiency in Punjabi, including the ability to read and write Gurmukhi script, is preferred, depending on the role's requirements.
Good to Have Skills:
- Basic understanding of politics and the nature of India’s democracy
- Bachelor's degree/Master’s degree
- Experience in event management/Marketing/Political Consultancy/StrategyRoles
- Professionals with 1-3 years of experience
