Required Skills:

The Digital Customer Solutions (DCS) team is an integral part of the Global Marketing Team within the Industrial Automation & Electrification (IND) business unit (BU) and is responsible for managing TE's digital product data strategy across internal and third-party platforms.
The DCS Manager will be reporting to the head of Marketing of the IND BU with responsibility to work together with various functions and sub-verticals within the BU and central functional teams. The DCS Manager will lead a specialized team and oversee digital tools, data integrity, taxonomy, and customer enablement systems to ensure best-in-class digital customer experience for a large industrial product portfolio. The DCS Manager will play a transformational role in how industrial product content is digitized, standardized, and made discoverable globally enabling faster customer decisions and streamlined access to product information.
**Roles and Responsibilities:**
Team Leadership:
o Manage a team of ~6 Digital Experience Specialists.
o Develop team capability and performance.
Digital Product Data Governance:
o Maintain and improve Product Data Completeness (PDC) and Product Quality Index (PQI).
o Manage M&A product integration from external systems of acquired companies to TE.com.
Digital Tools Implementation:

The Digital Experience Product Manager is responsible for driving the strategy and quality or our MyStateStreet platform. State Street’s product office is responsible for continuous product innovation and platform modernization and requires experienced leaders in product management to engage across the organization and ensure delivery against milestones towards target state.
The candidate will be a subject matter expert of MyStateStreet covering the Americas and will engage with internal and external clients to fully understand the market, competitive landscape, trends, and business needs. The candidate should possess accounting and custody data domain experience, excellent communication skills and an ability to provide clients with robust solutions within an existing technology framework. The role reports to the Digital Experience Product Management lead.

Fullstack Developer
Expert Full Stack Web Developer should be a technical expert who can design and implement end to end web applications. He / She should
Participate in requirement discussions, analyze and understand the end users need and come up with technical solution.
Design software components required for a large and complex high performance web application. Implement the solution using the latest version of Angular, Node (Express/Fastify/NestJs), database technology pack.
Perform the required quality processes such as automated testing, code reviews, fixing problems reported by static code analysis tools and provide documentation on the code.
Evaluate necessary frameworks/libraries and work on proof of concepts wherever required.
Prior experience in working large and complex web application where performance and optimum resource utilization are required.
Strong expertise on Angular and Node with minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience is mandatory.
Solid experience on HTML 5 and Object-oriented JavaScript is essential. Also, skill in CSS / Webpack / Bootstrap and Testing frameworks like Jest is required.
Experience working with database such as SQL, MYSQL or PostgreSQL
Expertise with Web Services / REST APIs.
Good knowledge of Service-based architecture/Component based architecture.
Good Knowledge in gRPC , MQTT ( or any messaging broker)
Good to have Stream Analytics experience. It will be beneficial to have knowledge on Docker/Kubernetes on Debian / Windows environment.
Expertise in Agile and CI/CD would be beneficial.
