Looking for an experienced Manufacturing Engineer with proven shop floor experience in machining and process planning for aerospace components. The role requires strong technical exposure to machining, sheet metal, and related manufacturing processes.

Roles and ResponsibilitiesDevelop and optimize machining and manufacturing processes for aerospace components.Prepare and review process planning documents and technical drawings.
Coordinate with production and quality teams to ensure compliance with design and manufacturing standards.
Support cost estimation activities, including should-costing.
Manage and improve shop floor operations for enhanced process efficiency.
Oversee and validate heat treatment, surface finishing, plating, and coating processes.
Participate in continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives.
Requirements5–6 years of relevant experience in manufacturing engineering for aerospace or precision components.
Hands-on knowledge of machining, sheet metal processes, and manufacturing workflows.
Experience with casting, forging, and plastic manufacturing preferred.
Strong understanding of engineering drawings and GD&T.
Familiarity with heat treatment, surface processing, coatings, plating, welding, riveting, and assembly operations.
Knowledge of raw material families and technical specifications.
