**Responsibilities** :

**Qualifications** :
- Strong collaborative leadership skills with business and technology acumen - Demonstrated ability to work well with others and lead Change Management initiatives
- Expertise in various scaling practices and shifting from project to product-centric paradigms
- Capacity to challenge existing assumptions and overcome resistance
- Comprehensive experience in a variety of enterprise roles and responsibilities
- Expertise in Scrum, Kanban, scaling frameworks (such as the Scaled Agile Framework), and related methodologies
- Capable of evaluating organizational health metrics and disseminating insightful data through visual management techniques
- SPC certification is a plus.
- Lean or Six Sigma certification is plus.
**Required Experience & Education:**
- 11-13 years of experience - College degree (Bachelor) in related technical/business areas or equivalent work experience.

**Job Title**
The HIH Agile Technical Coaching Senior Manager at Cigna Group is someone responsible for partnering with organizational leadership to enable the delivery of value efficiently and effectively to our customers.
This role supports Cigna Enterprise Operating Model (EOM) adoption across the enterprise that impacts software development, delivery, security, and quality. Incumbent works with multiple teams and domains to determine their current level of maturity, leads the India-based coaching team to develop plans to improve processes and increase the productivity of the domains and products accordingly.
**Job Overview:**
Ability to lead and manage a cross-functional engineering team of members responsible for building scalable full-stack applications and data-driven platforms. Champions technical strategies such as DevOps, Resiliency, and modular architecture with stakeholders across various development, operations, and quality teams at various levels of the enterprise. Works with Product and Delivery teams to drive adoption of modern capabilities across the enterprise and change the way Cigna delivers software. Shares adoption strategies and leads best practices with other coaches and engineers. Drive technical design and architectural decisions across front-end, back-end, and data analytics components.
Incorporates Service Virtualization, Test Automation, Continuous Integration (CI)/Continuous Delivery(CD), Code Quality, Test Driven Infrastructure, Test Data Management (TDM), Change Management (CM), Release Management (RM) tools and processes toward a Continuous Delivery Model to help realize the vision of Release when Ready.

About the Function:
Projects & Engineering function manages capital investments for expansion of DS and DP manufacturing facilities globally that are either greenfield or brownfield. With a team of about 50 and split into various verticals including Process Engineering, Automation and Instrumentation, Electrical, Mechanical, Project Management, Commercial, Civil, and Site execution.
Project manager will manage the project in close coordination with all the stakeholders to ensure scope of the project is met.
About the Role:
- Responsible for management of the project from initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, controlling and closing of the project.
- Keeping a track of Project cost, schedule, scope and cash flow.
- Provide regular project updates, reports and status information.
- Coordinate with other Project verticals in preparing and tracking the project
- Identifying project risk, constraints and assess the same periodically.
- Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
- Finalizing the contracts of Design consultant and Construction management firm.
- Ensure effective communication with team members and stakeholders
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Adherence to safety, Health, and Environment measures
- Open to travel(get deployed) in any part of India/out of India based on project requirements
Qualification Required:
Degree: BE/B.Tech in any field
Experience : 2 to 6 years in project management
Course:
- PMP Preferred
- Excellent proficiency with office 365 skills (PPT, Excel, Word, MS project and other project related reporting and tracking software knowledge is required)
