    - Expertise in both Agile Coaching and Scrum Mastery, with hands-on experience implementing Agile methodologies.
    - Strong facilitation skills to lead effective Scrum ceremonies and team collaboration.
    - Deep understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and other Agile frameworks.
    - Proven track record of coaching teams through Agile transformation and scaling Agile across an organization.
    - Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
    - Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    - Skilled in using Agile tools such as Jira, Asana or similar project management platforms.
    - Strong leadership qualities and ability to influence without authority.
    - Experience with Agile metrics, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement.

    **Education and Experience**:
    - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Management, or related field
    - 10+ years of experience in Agile environments
    - Expert-level proficiency in JIRA Core, JIRA Service Management, and Advanced Roadmaps
    - Minimum 5 years of JIRA administration experience
    - Certification: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
