Your Role Accountabilities:
**Integration & Production Support - Daily Time Spent on Task: 25%**
+ Monitor Service Now queue ESS P&C - SAP HCM for incidents, tasks, and enhancements related to active integrations.
+ Oversee integrations between Workday, Legacy DSC SAP, WBD S4 SAP, and other third-party systems .
+ Conduct daily and weekly reviews of integration errors and user hierarchy issues across platforms.
+ Perform manual hires and updates in SAP systems for external workers and Eurosport users.

+ Configure SAP HR for new company codes in Legacy DSC and S4 environments.

Qualifications & Experiences:
+ 5 to 7 years of experience in manag ing the end-to-end processes and support of key functional areas within SAP HCM or related fields.
