What does a great Agile Project Manager do?
- Serve as Project Manager for software/web development of new or enhanced products using agile methodology
- As Scrum Master, you will manage the processes for information exchange with the Agile teams
- Collaborate with globally distributed teams of product managers, developers, and QA testers to resource, define, and schedule activities required to develop and launch new software
- Define and enforce best project management practices
- Coordinate all production releases including weekly maintenance releases
- Provide management-level reporting on project status, risks and mitigation strategies

Required Experience
- Bachelor's Degree (ideally in Business or Computer Science)

- Experience managing projects among a distributed team spanning different geographies and diverse cultures
- Understanding of web development and associated technologies, and able to follow technical discussions and bridge communications between stakeholders and developers

We, at Flywire, are seeking an Agile-savvy Project Manager with a strong Business Analysis background to serve as the bridge between our product, engineering, and customer-facing teams. What You'll Do
Drive Agile Delivery
- Document our delivery process and ensure the data and analytics teams are trained and onboarded to the new process
- Define required attributes that we need to track in JIRA and ensure its well documented
- Serve as Agile Coach and Scrum Master for cross-functional teams (data engineers, analytics engineers, business intelligence developers, etc.).
- Facilitate all Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Refinement, Demos, Retrospectives).
Prioritization & Planning

- Decompose features into Epics, Stories, and Tasks; maintain and groom the product backlog.
Technical Liaison
- Translate business goals into business and technical features for technical teams
- Ensure traceability from requirements through design, development, testing, and deployment
Stakeholder Management
- Own communication with leadership, external partners, and internal stakeholders—providing status updates, risk assessments, and mitigation plans.
- Coordinate cross-team dependencies and change management.
Quality & Continuous Improvement
- Partner with QA to define test plans, acceptance tests, and support UAT.
- Define and analyze sprint metrics (velocity, cycle time, defect trends); drive process improvements to boost predictability and quality.
- Create reports and insights on our ability to execute and deliver, highlighting where improvements can be made
Qualifications

- 5+ years combining Agile project management and business-analysis experience in a SaaS or payments context
