We are seeking a Workforce Strategy & Planning Manager to lead our IT operations workforce planning, forecasting, and resource alignment efforts. This role is ideal for professionals with deep expertise in Workforce Management (WFM) and technical program oversight , particularly those who have built and scaled 50–100 member delivery teams .
Develop accurate staffing forecasts based on historical trends, business cycles, and project pipeline. Client Interaction & Talent Positioning:
Proactively position the right talent before client demand peaks.
Understanding of IT Skills & Project Needs:
Map resource capabilities to project and domain-specific requirements.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Utilize Excel, dashboards, and WFM tools to generate reports and actionable insights that support proactive workforce planning.
Real-Time Workforce Monitoring:
Monitor staffing levels, project allocations, and real-time operational dashboards to ensure smooth delivery and service continuity.
Plan and execute team scaling strategies, managing growth from inception to full productivity for teams ranging from 50 to 100+ members.
Work closely with IT recruiters to fulfill workforce demand, ensuring timely onboarding of quality talent. Extensive experience working with IT recruitment teams is highly preferred.
6–12 years of experience in Workforce Management (WFM), IT Resource Planning , or Program/Project Management within the IT services domain.
~ Demonstrated experience working closely with clients , understanding their resourcing requirements, and proactively fulfilling needs.
~ Solid grasp of IT technical skills , project lifecycles, and delivery models across domains (e.g., application development, infrastructure, cloud).
~ Proficiency with Excel , WFM platforms (e.g., NICE, Kronos, Aspect), and BI/dashboard tools.
