Description

Mission of the Role: To drive organization-wide Agile transformation, ensuring the adoption and refinement of Agile practices at all levels. The SW Lead Agile Coach will guide and mentor other Agile coaches and scrum teams, develop comprehensive transformation strategies, and align Agile initiatives with business goals.

• Leading the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple concurrent projects using Agile methodologies.
• Developing comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Identifying and managing project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with project stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management.
• Ensuring clear and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coaching and mentoring project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Monitoring project progress against milestones and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Managing project changes and ensuring that scope creep is controlled.
• Driving continuous improvement in project management processes and team performance.
• Preparing and presenting project status reports and updates to stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in project management, with at least 3-5 years focusing on Agile environments.
• Proven experience in leading complex, large-scale projects.
• Strong understanding of Agile principles and frameworks (Scrum Master certification is a significant plus).
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with stakeholder management and conflict resolution.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is highly desirable.
