- Defining end to end processes that support Agile principles.
- Evangelize the adoption of agile practices across the organization and act as change agent.

- Develop training materials/content and conduct training both for existing team members/ leaders and the onboarding team members/ leaders.

- Collaborate with stakeholders and leadership to establish consistent metrics and KPIs for measuring progress of Agile adoption and maturity and effectiveness at team, product and organizational levels.

**Who You Are**
- Passionate in Agile transformations
- 5 or more years experience in coaching agile teams.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience working in Software Project Delivery.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent
- Experience with at least one medium scale (50+ people impacted) Agile transformation efforts
- Substantial experience with delivery methodologies in a fast-paced complex environment using Scrum, Agile, Kanban, SAFe, Extreme Programming methodology.
- Experience with Jira or other ALM to create meaningful metrics and reports.
- Proven ability to build, communicate and implement the agile transformation strategy
- Experience with Change Management is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills, coaching and mentorship experience.
- Should be able to assess agile maturity of the teams and suggest process improvements.
- Should have at least one major certification in SAFe, Lean, Kanban, Scrum,coaching certification equivalent to ICP-ACC or SPC

**Minimum Requirements**:

- BA/BS in Computer Science or equivalent degree
