The Business Development Manager is responsible to generate, cultivate, and expand opportunities for the long-term growth of Shine Brand Seeds products. Reporting to the Manager of Product Strategy, she or he will lead and coordinate marketing efforts to investigate the new market and product opportunities. This individual will establish key partnerships and alliances with other organizations and identify and evaluate potential targets for mergers and acquisitions. He or she will leverage the expertise, infrastructure, intellectual property, and/or customers of partner organizations to achieve organizational strategic objectives for growth.
We are looking for an individual who is a committed self-starter with a drive to succeed and the ability to follow company principles and policies that will lead to that success. Experience in the Seeds industry (Agriculture) is preferred.
