Required Qualifications:

• Master's or Ph.D. in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Philosophy, Law, Sociology, or Ethics, with a specialization in AI ethics or related areas, or equivalent industry experience.
• Demonstrated experience (7+ years) in developing and implementing AI ethics strategies, policies, or governance frameworks.
• Deep understanding of machine learning principles, AI technologies, and their potential societal impacts.
• Knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory landscapes concerning AI, data privacy, and technology ethics.
• Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities, capable of engaging diverse audiences.
• Proven ability to lead complex initiatives and drive change in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
