    Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years Pharma R&D product management experience with strong Business processes knowledge in two or more domain areas: pre-clinical research, clinical trial design and operation, precision medicine, regulatory science, chemistry, and manufacturing and controls (CMC).

  • 2+ years' experience in AI/ML Product Management

  • Experience in Agile tool kits such as JIRA or Azure DevOps

  • Experience of AI/ML model metrics (e.g., F1 and AI-contents evaluation metrics) including human-in-the-loop (HITL) AI/ML monitoring.

  • Programming experience (R/SQL/Python) analyzing data sets and making decisions based on data.

  • Experience with prompt engineering techniques to improve solution accuracy. 

  • Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Experience managing the full AI product lifecycle, including incorporating customer feedback into product requirements, prioritizing features, and overseeing both pre- and post-launch activities.

  • Experience working in a technical environment with a broad, cross functional team to drive product vision, define product requirements, coordinate resources from other groups (design, legal, procurement, etc.), and guide the team through key milestones

  • Proficiency in AI-based tools in market research, product requirement, and user research to enhance efficiency.
