Hi everyone! I’m looking to hire a full-time Full-Stack Developer  to join me in building Edmitry  – an AI-powered study abroad platform that simplifies university applications for students across the globe.

We’ve already developed the AI backend and frontend , including a working chatbot and recommendation engine. Now we’re entering the crucial next phase — improving logic, integrating payments, and preparing the platform for a full launch.

• Fixing and refining AI/chatbot logic  (GPT-based recommendations, classification flows, session memory, etc.)
• Polishing and optimizing the existing backend/frontend codebase
• Integrating a payment gateway  
• Building a custom admin and student dashboard  
• Handling daily technical operations : deployments, uptime monitoring, and bug fixes

• Someone based in Delhi (on-site or hybrid preferred)
• Strong experience with Python (Flask)  and JavaScript (React)
• Solid understanding of OpenAI APIs , API integration , and cloud deployment
• A product-oriented mindset — you’re comfortable owning systems end-to-end
• Bonus if you’ve worked on chatbots, EdTech, or subscription products before

What we need to see:

• A Masters degree or PhD in an engineering or computer science related discipline or equivalent experience and 5+ years of relevant work or research experience.

• Strong knowledge of C/C++, software design, programming techniques, and AI algorithms.

• Firsthand work experience with parallel programming, ideally CUDA C/C++.

• Strong communication and organization skills, with a logical approach to problem solving, good time management, and task prioritization skills.

• Some travel is required for conferences and for on-site visits with developers.
