Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct ELP (English Language Proficiency) training for aspiring and current Air Traffic Controllers.
- Evaluate and examine candidates for ELP Level 6 proficiency.
- Develop and implement lesson plans, training modules, and assessment tools for ELP courses.
- Maintain records of student progress and examination outcomes.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance training quality.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a licensed Air Traffic Controller.
- Proven experience in ELP training and examination (ELP Level 6 preferred).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to conduct assessments and provide constructive feedback.
- Passion for aviation safety, training excellence, and professional development.
