• Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to diagnose complex issues and implement effective solutions.
• Ensure all work performed complies with aviation regulations (e.g., DGCA, FAA, EASA) and company policies.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to strict safety protocols.
• Participate in ground support activities as needed, such as aircraft towing and positioning.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in aircraft technology and maintenance procedures through continuous training.
• Report any safety hazards or potential risks to supervisors immediately.

• Valid Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) license or equivalent certification from a recognized aviation authority.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in aircraft maintenance, preferably on specific aircraft types relevant to the company's fleet.
• Strong knowledge of aircraft systems, structures, and components.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals, schematics, and repair diagrams.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to safety and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and under pressure.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Must be able to pass a background check and any required drug screenings.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as operational demands require.
