Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the IT Development Team to implement new workflows and understand process changes.
- Conduct UAT, identify bugs, and resolve user-reported issues.
- Identify and recommend improvements to enhance workflow efficiency.
- Liaise with developers to address user queries and assist with the Accounts Payable (AP) process.
- Maintain project data and track progress, ensuring timely updates to the Client Master on the portal.
- Monitor and suggest improvements to the Task Tracker.
- Test new modules, create error logs, and provide feedback to developers.
- Coordinate integration of Xero, STO, and other third-party applications.
- Support the internal team post-deployment and train Operations teams on portal modules.
- Track task progress, identify bottlenecks, and resolve conflicts impacting project timelines.
Minimum Tenure Condition
- Employees are expected to serve a minimum tenure of 18 months from the 'Date of Joining' to ensure continuity and effective contribution to the organization.
- In the event of an early separation (before completing 18 months), the employee will be required to reimburse the company an amount equivalent to two months Monthly Gross Salary. This is to account for the investment made in training, skill development, and any potential impact on business operations and client relationships.

Job Responsibilities
To assist the Sales & DM organization in the generation of license revenue and help customers better manage their licenses through the accurate and timely migration of customer's existing licenses in line with Oracle Policies
· Perform comprehensive research of customer details on Oracle internal applications like Asset Report, PeopleSoft (HAT), ROSIE
· Develop and maintain a well-rounded knowledge of Oracle's Policies, systems, and research-related tools.
· Collaborate with Sales teams, DM, PRG and Finance team to streamline CES process.
· Serve as primary point of contact for all process related inquiries.
· Manage Q workflow to allocate resources based on their skillset.
· Assist in decision making by reporting volumes & trending to the management as applicable.
· Responsible for getting certified on core process periodically.
· Use analytical and statistical rigor to solve complex problems and drive business decisions.
**Responsibilities**
Ability to communicate with requester to understand customer requirements and develop requested summary / entitlements and publish within timeline.
· Excellent problem solving, attention to detail and analytical skills.
· Perform independently with little direct supervision in the administration of building a comprehensive and accurate customer entitlement.
· Should be able to understand impact of revenue, billing, terminations, etc. in relation
· Develop understanding of various oracle systems and processes .eg: Pricing,Quoting,Booking Revenue recognition, invoicing etc
