Digital Transformation Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Transformation Manager to lead our digital initiatives and software solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving innovation and efficiency across our operations by overseeing a team of Business Analysts and developing key digital strategies. This role reports directly to the Vice President IT and is critical to modernizing our business processes and enhancing our service delivery.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the design, deployment, and maintenance of the organization's IT software applications.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital transformation roadmap that aligns with the company’s business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Business Analysts/PMs. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration.
- Oversee the entire software development lifecycle from requirements gathering and analysis to implementation and drive adoption in the field. Identify, evaluate, and implement new software solutions to improve operational efficiency, customer experience, and data analytics.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, sales, marketing, and finance, to understand their needs and translate them into effective digital solutions.
- Manage multiple digital projects concurrently, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Analyze and re-engineer existing business processes to leverage technology for automation and efficiency gains.
- Regularly report on the progress and impact of digital initiatives to the CIO and other key Executive stakeholders.

- Development and approval of a 3-year digital transformation roadmap within the first 6 months.
- On-time and on-budget delivery of key digital projects (e.g., new software implementation, mobile app launch).
