What You’ll Be Working On:

At any given time you will be working with one or more on-shore counterparts to solve client problems through data driven analysis. This is a hands-on role using AI for much for script-writing

You should apply if:

• Have 3 to 5 years experience working with US or Europe clients/teams in Retail, CPG or financial services 
• You can work independently with minimal supervision
• You're a team player whom your colleagues can rely on 
• SQL (a must), Python or R (a must)
• Solid understanding of statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and machine learning techniques. Experience building and maintaining data pipelines or data workflows
• Experience using data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)

Do NOT apply if:

• You cannot work from our office in Aundh, Pune 3 days in a week on an ongoing basis
• Haven't worked in python and SQL
• Don't have 3 to 5 years experience. In future, we plan to have a junior consultant role open for candidates with 1 to 3 years experience.

The Interview Process

Our interview process involves three stages:

• Initial Call with short technical assessment on Python and SQL (30 minutes)
• Aptitude Test (30 minutes)
• Final Interview including a case interview (2 hours)

This position requires the below core skills:

• Advanced SQL competency using data warehouses like Google BigQuery and Snowflake
• At least 2 years experience with data warehouse modeling i.e. building star schemas
• At least 2 years experience with dbt (data build tool)
• At least 2 years experience working with e-commerce data

The ideal total experience level for this position is 4-6 years.

We are looking for a Consultant – Data Analytics who can blend data analysis, statistical modeling, and visualization to solve real-world business problems. The role requires strong skills in Python, SQL, and visualization tools with the ability to explore datasets, test hypotheses, and generate actionable insights that guide decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

 Partner with stakeholders to understand business challenges and define analytical approaches.

Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, outliers, and relationships in data.

pply statistical techniques (hypothesis testing, correlation, regression, clustering) to validate insights.

uild, test, and validate predictive and prescriptive models using Python and ML frameworks.

evelop dashboards and visualizations to communicate complex findings clearly to business and technical teams.

ranslate analytical outcomes into compelling stories and actionable recommendations.

ontinuously explore new methods, algorithms, and tools to enhance analytics capabilities.

Must-Have Skills

trong proficiency in Python (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, statsmodels, matplotlib/seaborn).

olid grounding in data analysis and statistical methods (descriptive analytics, hypothesis testing, regression, clustering).

roficiency in SQL for querying and analyzing large datasets.

ands-on experience with visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).

trong ability to translate data into insights and communicate them effectively.

roblem-solving orientation with attention to detail.

inimum of 2 years’ experience dealing with analytics projects and in depth data analysis

Good-to-Have Skills

 osure to time-series forecasting, NLP, or optimization techniques.
