As a Market Analytics Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving the International Region's market size reporting and forecasting processes across zones and headquarters. You'll deliver (hands-on) quarterly market size and share reporting and assist in market forecast (MF) exercises for Region HQ. Your experience in data analytics, expertise with Advanced MS Excel and Power BI will be crucial in crunching large swaths of data and churn readily actionable insights for Leadership. You will be part of Region HQ Market team and assistin Short-Near-Long Term market forecast exercises. Additionally, you will perform win-loss analyses, competitor share analysis and present actionable insights. This role demands a proactive and collaborative individual with strong analytical skills and the ability to own + consistently deliver high quality work with minimal supervision.

**Job Description**
**Roles and Responsibilities:**
+ Own (hands-on execution) of quarterly market share reporting (MPR) process including COCIR, for the region by liaising with zone marketing & commercial finance, external agencies (eg: COCIR, JIRA).
+ Own (hands-on execution) the market forecasting (MF) process centrally for International region. Prepare datasets using 3rd party macro-economic data, Market Size data etc. and run ML models. Experience with Python, Adv Excel/R is key.
+ Crunch data stored in large datasets (Excel, OAS, Smartsheets) and churn out reports, insights.
+ Conduct ad-hoc analysis on competitive share, win rate, visibility, and share metrics. Analyse Salesforce.com (SFDC) CRM, Market data and other sources to build comprehensive data sets for competitor share and market visibility.
+ Partner with Analytics Lead to build new / enhance existing views on Power BI dashboard (Ecosystem). Hands-on experience of Power BI is a must while good knowledge of Salesforce.com (SFDC), Tableau, Oracle Analytics System (OAS) is a plus.
+ Assist executive leadership by updating Smartsheets and PowerBI dashboards during Monthly Operating Reviews (MOR) and Region Operating Reviews (ROR) with Region CEO.
+ Update Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to Market (Size, Share% etc.) on Smartsheets. - Constantly identify opportunities to enhance collaboration, save time, reduce costs, and eliminate redundant steps.
**Required Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, STEM, Economics, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
+ An MBA (Finance/Marketing) OR Master's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, is added advantage.
+ 2-5 years of experience in Marketing/Finance/Commercial/Pricing/Consulting domains - Proficiency in/Exposure to Analytical tools: Power BI, Python, Salesforce (SFDC), R, Advance Excel
+ Experience working in a matrix organization and with senior leaders (CXOs/Sr. Director)
+ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
**Desired Experience (advantage):**
+ Experience crunching reports in Advanced MS Excel and presenting strategic insights using Power BI/ Tableau/Spotfire to senior leadership is a must.
+ Experience in Python/R-Studio for Forecasting is great advantage.
+ High energy and ability to work in a high impact / visibility project (demonstrate)
