· Oversee the daily operations at the shelter, ensuring the well-being of the animals, and managing shelter staff.

· Animal Care Management: Ensuring proper feeding, grooming, and medical care for all animals.
· Facility Maintenance: Maintenance of shelter facilities, including kennels and common areas which fall under the regular hygiene standards.
· Adoption management: Managing adoption processes.
· Record Keeping and Reporting: Maintaining accurate records of animal intake, health status, and adoption outcomes.
