Job Purpose

This is analysis engineer role and is based in Hyderabad. The role requires to perform FEA analysis of subsea production system and Surface Equipment products. Analyst creates, reviews and analyzes designs to ensure compliance to technical specifications, functionality and constructability.

Job Description

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITY AREAS:

  • Review and interpret customer technical specifications and industry codes

  • Creates and reviews technical documents (specifications, drawings, design documents, analysis reports etc.) for existing or new technology or applications.

  • Uses sound engineering judgment, classical calculations and analysis programs to analyze designs and generate new designs.

  • Participates in design reviews and provides specialist piping, jumper or flowline design advice to other engineers.

  • Provides recommendations for optimizing designs to ensure functionality and manufacturability

  • Independently develops solutions to problems by analyzing, interpreting and evaluating data. Anticipates potential problems and takes preventative actions.

  • Responsible for quality and on-time-delivery of assigned tasks

  • Ensure good personal time management and weekly time entry into SAP system

  • Provide input to and support improvements to processes or work instructions

  • Ensures that assignments conform to TechnipFMC guidelines and specifications.

  • BE or MTech in Mechanical Engineering

  • Proficient in Non-Linear analysis
