**Responsibilities:**

**Minimum Qualifications:**
+ **6+ years of demonstrated experience** in a content-focused role for a technical audience, such as Content Design, UX Writing, Technical Writing, or Developer Advocacy for a platform company
+ **A strong portfolio** is required. Your portfolio should showcase not just finished content (like API docs, tutorials, or guides), but also your process, use of user research, and the measurable impact your work had on user success
+ **Deep empathy for developers** and a solid understanding of their ecosystem, including REST APIs, SDKs, and common developer tools (e.g., Git, OpenAPI, Postman)
+ **A systems-thinker** with proven expertise in information architecture, content strategy, and UX principles as they apply to complex technical domains

    Primary Responsibilities

  • Review WO, all the operations are completed and signed by the concerned.
  • Review that all reports are available in work order
  • Verify all the reports as per customer order and WO
  • Ensure that all the personal qualification records are available.
  • Compile the data as per the procedure and index
  • Scan all the reports in sequence
  • Move the scanned folders in Share folder
  • Communicate to the customer through mail
  • Raise NCRs, in case of any non -conformance noticed during the documentation
  • Comply with all NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures.
  • Communicate with all related department employees
  • Suggest for the improvements through CAR / PAR
  • Take active part in audits.
  • Facility/Group Specific Responsibilities

  • Refer the invoice details received from dispatch
  • Collect all the work orders of the shipped items
  • Review all the reports are available and are signed by the respective employee
  • Review the PDI report is completed.
  • Review all NDT reports are available
  • Review the WO is signed by the respective employee / supervisor
  • Check the PO requirement and WO requirement for the item.
  • Where TPI is involved, arrange and coordinate TPI.
  • Scan all documents in sequence.
  • Prepare the index sheet / compliance certificate as applicable
  • Attach all qualification records od special processes as applicable.
  • Compile the reports and save in share folder / RIGDOC with the PO / INVOICE NO
  • Communicate to customer through mail

  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Computer /Science Graduate 
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in documentation
  • Must be proficient with computer skills
  • Must have good communication in English
