Textile Design Intern

Location: Govandi West

About the Role:

We are looking for a Design Intern to support research, product development, and market analysis. The role involves assisting in sampling, merchandising, and ensuring quality control while collaborating with marketing and production teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct market brand analysis and research emerging fashion trends.

- Assist in design innovation with detailed analysis.

- Oversee fabric QC, dye planning, and product sampling.

- Assist in fabric sourcing, vendor negotiation, and building connections with reliable textile suppliers.

- Develop new design sketches, prints and maintain tech packs, including do’s and don’ts pages.

- ⁠Sourcing for fabrics and trims.

- Plan and manage merchandising stock and sampling.

- Guide the marketing team on product pitches.

- Analyze Shopify product performance and maintain product update sheets.

- Work on EC (E-commerce) customizations and online alterations.

- Conduct random QC checks and assist the QC team with tech pack explanations.

We’re looking for a curious, detail-oriented Design Intern to join our on-site team and grow with us as we prepare for launch.

Responsibilities

• Assist in sketching, sampling, and styling for upcoming collections

Qualifications
